Leading Smart People

Working with smart people (colleagues, bosses, clients and prospective clients) is at the core of being a successful executive. However, smart people can be difficult to lead as they are often more defensive, demanding and challenging. This course helps you reflect on the way you relate to people, identify some useful tools available to you and, over time, change the way people you lead people.

Interviewing Skills

How to effectively prepare, carry out and report the results of primarily face to face interviews. You will learn to apply different approaches to interviewing and learn to deal with problems in a variety of situations.
